Contains Finasteride which is a prescribed medicine that works by blocking the actions of an enzyme known as 5-alpha-reductase. This enzyme changes testeterone to another hormone that lead the prostate to grow which turn causes hair loss in males. Finasteride increases testeterone levels in the body and decreases prostate size and as a result, hair growth on the scalp increases.
